While concerning, this warm winter has kept the cows and farmers cheerful and active. Hopefully it has been treating you well too. The holidays offer dairy farmers and other milk enthusiasts a host of special treats because milk is so good served warm. Primarily, in my holiday traditions, this means egg nog and hot chocolate but I can't help but think of puddings and dulce de leche as well. This weekend in the store we will be serving hot chocolate and cookies* to get you guys excited about the delectable dairy possibilities.
*Lindsay is an amazing baker and she'll be serving her famous ginger snaps.
Hours Update: The farm store is always full service on Saturdays. We encourage new visitors to come when we will be there to answer questions and show you around, however, once you become accustomed to our systems you should feel free to visit at your leisure and self serve. If you need milk it is wise to text or email me (518-339-2071 or firstname.lastname@example.org) to make sure I have it poured for you. 24 hour notice would guarantee your milk is in stock but we do try to keep it on the shelf so you could wing it if you prefer.
